How To refill Konica Minolta Macgicolor 3730,3730dn toner cartridges

PLEASE NOTE: Our refill kit intended to refill functional cartridge. If (before you refill your cartridge) your cartridge is already printing with streaks, smudges or lines, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and "refilling" it will not bring it back to life. Toner cartridges have multiple moving parts that do wear out and affect quality. Our refills are intended to provide the same quality prints as the last few pages that your cartridge printed before you refilled it. DO NOT refill defective cartridge

Tool require:

Small flat head Crewdriver

Small Phillips screwdriver

a  vacuum to clean the cartridges ( optional but recommend)

1. Find a clean and well ventilated area to fill or work on the cartridge(s) to avoid spilling/inhaling of toner powder.

2. Using the paper towel of soft cloth to cover the drum parts see Pic. below. this very important , it will help to protect the drum unit from the light and help the cartridges to dilivery the best print quality longer.

3, Using a small flathead screwdriver, carefully remove the fill plug by prying it off.

4.  Empty the hopper/cartridge and clean thoroughly .. This step is very important; better cleaning of the cartridge and not mixing previous toner with new toner, the better quality printing result.

5. Prepare the funnel, Shake the toner powder well until it appears liquid like. Open cap carefully and scew on the funnel. Refill the the toner.....apply plug, then clean any spilled toner thoroughly by using a vacuum.

6. Replace the new reset chip by replacing the screw and the new chip in the same orientation

If you have the starter cartridges ( the cartridges that come with printer) which is very small hopper our refill kit can fill it 2-3 times, make sure that you top off the cartridges before the chip drop below 10%. I recommend at 25%.
